The short “Treasure Trail” is perfect for families looking to get a taste of the snowshoe experience with “little” snowshoers. This trail has the same feel as our other routes but stays relatively close to the base for easy access.
Alexander Falls is accessed via two different trails. The first, “Alexander Falls Explorer,” is our classic nature trail that winds through coastal hemlock forests and picturesque sub-alpine wilderness. The second, “Alexander Falls Express,” is the most direct, but also the most difficult, considered challenging even for experienced snowshoers, Note: it closes in icy conditions.
Explorer: 2.5km | Express: 0.5km
