Journeyman Lodge is an off-grid accommodation located right in the middle of the Callaghan Valley's pristine alpine terrain, so getting good food out there is not an easy task!
This is why we ask of valued guests to plan their lunch in advance and give us a 72 hours notice for any midweek lunch.
On weekends, we require a 24 hours notice for regular lunches and 72 hours for any 3 course meal.
