To become a valuable member of The Callaghan Crew, you’ll need to demonstrate your ability to provide an exceptional level of customer service—and you must have a true passion for the mountains. Crew members are expected to maintain a “work hard/play hard” attitude here. How much snow can you shovel in a day? Still wearing a smile on your face?
Our Winter season runs from mid-November until April and our Summer season runs from late June until Thanksgiving weekend, so we tend to do most of our hiring in the shoulder seasons. Annually, we hire employees throughout operations: food and beverage, housekeeping, Nordic centre, sales, and reservations.
We’ve listed the types of positions available from time to time in the company. If you’re interested in these jobs and feel you have what it takes to join the team, email us a cover letter and resume. And remember, we also offer volunteer position. Note that all team members must ensure their own reliable winter transportation, as The Callaghan is not serviced by public transit.
Many of the duties associated with our lodge positions overlap. It is important that applicants understand operational and service deliverables as a whole, and can work cohesively as a team to accomplish them with success. Please read all descriptions.
